Update
Hi everyone,
I thought it was about time I updated you on our progress…
Venue
We’ve been looking for a venue since January as we’d initially hoped to have things up and running by March, but the London restaurant property market was very slow at the beginning of the year so we are running behind schedule. The good news is that we recently made offers and pitched for two properties in Marylebone. One of the properties is no longer available, but we do know our pitch was very well received by the estate who owns the second property. It’s a newly refurbished empty shell, so it will take a while to get up and running but it gives us the opportunity to create something unique, designed around our concept. The feedback we’ve had from the estate so far has been very positive but they’ve had a lot of interest in the venue so it will be a while before they make a decision.
We’ve also been looking at properties in other areas and have some more viewing lined up for the next few weeks so we’ll keep you posted as things progress

If everything’s has gone according to plan then you should be reading this update on our new and shiny website! The IT team have been working hard to produce us this beautiful new site as well as the embedded video so we can help potential landlords and customers to understand our concept. We hope you’ll take the time to have a look around and if you haven’t already, to sign up for our mailing list
Cookbook
And finally! The cookbook text is now complete, it just needs to be proof read and have the pictures added. As soon as we have the final copy and have emailed it out to all the kickstarter backers we’ll set up a link online so anyone who wants to can purchase a copy.

This is amazing! Your menu looks absolutely delicious. I will be ready to come over the first weekend and probably won’t leave :-). Good luck with the venue!
I love love love that I can eat everything on the menu without worrying if it’s gluten free! So excited about it opening!

The website looks amazing and the menu looks even better. Like the others have said I love that I’m looking at the menu and genuinely don’t have to discount anything immediately! There’s plenty of Whole30 friendly food, and the desserts look unbelieveable!
Are you planning to change the menu regularly with the seasons? It’ll be awesome to see lots of British food, sourced locally. Reduced food miles is paleo too!!
The only comment I have on the menu is you’ve spelt ceviche wrong — there’s no ‘r’ in the middle. Just thought you might like to know before you print it!

wow the menu and website look wonderful – well done! I did have a chuckle because one of the images (something chocolatey) looks like it has goggly eyes on it! – it’s because of where the Facebook and Twitter icons sit…
actually it’s all of them! very funny… but possibly not the vibe you’re going for!
